All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to elizabeth@channelizedmarketing.com. Cancellations received on or before August 1, 2026 will beeligible for a refund, minus a $200 processing fee.

No refunds will be issued for any cancellations made after August 1, 2026, regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to personal schedulingconflicts, travel issues, or illness.
